We take pride in our quality Control System, which is a unique blend of well-established international procedures and our own in-house inspired innovations and improvements. Thank to such a control system installed from the beginning of our operations, our products are now ISO9002 certified, and, needless to say, we are still looking into details of our work to perfect this system. Today, we feel assured in claiming our primary goal as "Customer's" full satisfaction".

Starting from IQC - Inspection and control over all incoming materials and components. This is to make sure that only quality supplies flow into each production run, while the defective materials are identified, rejected and reported to our vendors, giving them a chance to improve in the next delivery. Vendors are rated by the record of their performance in meeting our criteria, promptness of deliveries and the length of response time they take for corrective actions. We keep our vendor list updated and foster growth of only the good ones.

Then IPQC - which exercises process control over all of our manufacturing processes. Statistical Process Control (SPC) method is used to monitor each job station, especially the critical ones. Being quality-aware, every employee is called on to join in efforts to maintain ongoing consistency and quality, and when anything goes wrong, trouble-shooting and correction are done quickly.

Next is our QA - which is in charge of all tests in QA lab conducted in compliance with IEC60285 standards as well as customer's requirements, namely electrical reliability tests that reflect quality in every way. Actually ever single cell we make is tested and sorted on electric testing panel before moving on to assembly lines. Finally, QA conducts final inspection on finished goods before shipment.
