We take pride in our quality Control System, which is a unique blend of well-established international procedures and our own in-house inspired innovations and improvements. Thank to such a control system installed from the beginning of our operations, our products are now ISO9001 certified, and, needless to say, we are still looking into details of our work to perfect this system. Today, we feel assured in claiming our primary goal as Customer s full satisfaction .

Meticulous in-house quality control procedures begin with material quality defect analysis and regular supplier survey/evaluation to assure the best product from beginning to end of manufacturing. We have established regular training programs that include the continued education on the most advanced battery testing and ISO9001 quality assurance control system. This keeps our QC staff up to date and effective.

Our in-house QC staff is responsible for the overall quality of our products, but we have established a final QC team to assure that only the best quality products are shipped to our customers. MINAMOTO conducts five main tests, namely:

1. Automated Filter Testing (defective batteries are removed automatically on the production line)
2. Appearance Test (deformation, rusty and leakage)
3. Strict discharge test
4. Pre-shipment Checking ( AQL standard)
5. Storage Test in each month (discharge, open voltage, short circuit)

MINAMOTO has advanced QC equipment to test for all levels of quality such as High temperature/High humidity Test, Computer discharger; Voltage/Amperes testing Equipment apply to the quality control procedure.


We have a very specialized R&D team for each factory; they are made up of experts with national reputation in the field of battery. All of them once participated in the national key scientific research projects. Sound development and mature product specialization have made the MINAMOTO brand as an industrial leader in manufacturing technology for battery in China.

The objectives are to reduce manufacturing costs, develop methods to decrease the impact of manufacturing on the environment, expand our product range, and upgrade the performance of our products.
